A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when creating your account.

Simply click on the “Lost password ?” link on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset email.

Returns are only available between countries.

For example: You live in Cameroon and you buy an item from a store located in Benin, the return will not be possible because, not within Benin.

Each order placed on the AFRIKAVENUE Marketplace is unique and the delivery price varies according to the size, weight and destination of the items selected. This information will appear during payment.

If customs duties or additional charges apply, you will be notified at the payment or delivery stage. You may have to pay import duties and / or sales tax to our delivery partners in order to clear your order through customs. AFRIKAVENUE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their value.
